Acceptable Stay
breakfast buffet ski bus small room unattended reception
The breakfast was great. I found the ski bus stop was very close, one minute away. The pool in Carlina was a nice bonus for me. I also dined in Carlina and I enjoyed the evening meals.
My hotel room was very small. I needed to move the chair into the closet in order to open my suitcase. Closing the curtains fully meant draping them over the desk. The reception was often unattended which i did not like.

The breakfast includes boiled eggs and a wide selection. The room included efficient heating in both the main area and bathroom. Drying our ski gear overnight was not a problem thanks to the heaters. The bed was comfortable.

a perfect stay!
extensive buffet efficient heating comfortable bed quiet location
I totally loved the breakfast! there were boiled eggs and it was a buffet. the room had efficient heating in both the room and the bathroom, so drying ski gear was so easy. the bed was comfortable too. the hotel's location was quiet, being at the back. I slept so well!
the hotel didn't mention that you, as a client, must find the electricity supply and switch each 'hot' device on and wait 15 minutes for it to warm up, it's annoying!

The adjacent hotel carlina has a restaurant. It is available for use. there is also a spa and pool at the adjacent hotel, accessible to guests. This arrangement enhances the stay. it's a great plus!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! one gentleman at reception and bar were great when i asked for assistance finding ships nearby. This level of service is commendable and greatly appreciated.
